Wren Kitchens Limited in Scarborough is seeking a General Showroom Manager to lead a brand new Scarborough showroom opening later this year. You will drive a high-performing, multi-million turnover kitchen showroom and build an exceptional team delivering world-class customer service.

The role offers a competitive basic salary of £34,900 with an uncapped commission structure, and an OTE of £70k+. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, drive sales to exceed targets, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a big-ticket retail environment with multi-million targets.
• A sales-driven approach with a proven track record of success.
• Passionate about coaching and developing your team.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Applications are subject to a basic DBS check; convictions considered on an individual basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive the showroom team to deliver world-class customer experiences from start to finish.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing showroom team.
• Drive sales performance to exceed targets and prioritise customer satisfaction.
• Lead the successful opening of the Scarborough showroom with a strong launch plan.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and responsibilities.
