Job summary

Huws Gray Group in Redditch is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead our showroom team, delivering inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces and a first-class customer experience.

You’ll use your eye for design and leadership to help the team meet sales targets, manage displays, and build lasting relationships with customers in a welcoming, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) sector is preferred.
• Confident in leading a team and guiding customers to bring ideas to life.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to build relationships.

We’re looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our team in Redditch. You’ll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the showroom team to deliver a brilliant customer experience
• Supporting your team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities
• Building relationships with new and existing customers to grow business
• Overseeing internal marketing and maintaining engaging product displays
