Huws Gray Group in Redditch is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead our showroom team, delivering inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces and a first-class customer experience.

You’ll use your eye for design and leadership to help the team meet sales targets, manage displays, and build lasting relationships with customers in a welcoming, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) sector is preferred.
• Confident in leading a team and guiding customers to bring ideas to life.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Support the team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to grow the business.
• Oversee internal marketing and maintain engaging product displays.
