For over 40 years, JANUS et Cie has been an industry leader in design-driven furnishings for the outdoors. The luxury lifestyle brand is now seeking a Showroom Manager for their brand new showroom in London.

As the Showroom Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our beautiful showroom, including merchandising and managing the residential sales team. The ideal candidate will use their creativity to sell our products, organize events, and maintain client relationships while effectively leading and developing a sales team to reach their full potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Personally deliver sales results while managing the overall business.
2. Build relationships with Interior Designers and Architects in the area.
3. Ensure proper follow-up with clients.
4. Conduct ongoing product training.
5. Increase client awareness of all product offerings through presentations, special events, promotional activities, and mailings in collaboration with suppliers.
6. Manage showroom layout and product setup.
7. Coordinate showroom maintenance and construction.
8. Manage sampling programs and memos effectively.
9. Develop a calendar and budget for all showroom mailings and events annually.
10. Collaborate with Marketing on the execution of special events.
11. Resolve operational issues within the showroom promptly.
12. Maximize sales growth through relationship marketing and effective account management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with interior design and architectural firms.
