Job summary

TWC Home Improvements in Oxfordshire is seeking a friendly Showroom Manager to run the Millets Farm showroom. You will be the first contact for visitors, creating a welcoming space while guiding guests toward appointments for our sales team.

This role balances giving customers time to browse with timely engagement to understand needs and generate qualified leads. Full training will be provided, and you will join a growing home-improvement business.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers.
• Smart and professional presentation.
• Able to balance browsing time with proactive engagement.
• Motivated by targets and results.
• Previous face-to-face customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the showroom
• Welcoming and engaging with customers visiting the showroom
• Providing information on our windows, doors, and living spaces
• Booking qualified appointments for sales representatives
• Maintaining a clean, professional showroom environment
• Working towards lead-generation targets
• Building strong product knowledge to assist customers
