Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd in Mansfield seeks a friendly Showroom Host / Service Plan Specialist to greet customers, coordinate with service and sales, and promote service plans. You will ensure a welcoming showroom, manage visitor flow, and support a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• We are looking for well presented, friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Host.
• Effective communicator with good attention to detail, able to multi-task and be proactive.
• Strong track record in selling service plans or sales-based roles is desirable.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Courteously meet and greet customers and direct them to the right person or department.
• Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable while waiting.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service to keep customers informed and supported.
• Alert Sales Executives to visitors on the forecourt.
• Maintain showroom standards per Perrys guidelines.
• Sell service plans to customers in collaboration with Service and Sales.

Hours of work:

The role offered will be working 5 days per week Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week. Weekly hours 37.5.

Joining us as Showroom Host / Service Plan Specialist means you will be the key point of contact for our customers, so it is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values to go the extra mile and get the service right first time, every time.

About the role:

• Courteously meet and greet all customers and visitors directing them to the appropriate person/department and offering support and guidance.
• Offer refreshments where appropriate, ensuring that customers are comfortable and kept informed whilst waiting.
• Take responsibility for managing customer/visitor liaison with the relevant departments to ensure that all parties are informed and the experience in the dealership is a positive one.
• Alert Sales Executives to visitors outside the showroom (e.g on the forecourt)
• Ensure that the customer area of the Showroom meets Perrys standards at all times and is in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Sell service plans to Customers by working with both the Service and Sales department to develop a robust process to maximise sales on both new and used car sales, workshop service and repair orders and plans which are due for renewal.

About you:

• We are looking for well presented, friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Host

• Successful candidate must be an effective communicator, have good attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, be pro‑active and have good organisational skills.

• Ideally, you will have a strong previous track record in selling service plans or be able to demonstrate achievement in a sales‑based role. It is essential that you are self‑motivated.

• Willingness to work Saturday.
