Job summary

Lloyd Motor Group is seeking a Showroom Host in North Tyneside to welcome customers and support daily showroom operations. The role includes face-to-face greetings, handling calls and emails, and performing light administrative tasks within a busy BMW/MINI showroom.

The successful candidate will be professional, well-presented and capable of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, with training provided by the company.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aShowroom Host to join the busy team at ourLloyd BMW/MINI retailer in North Tyneside.

Salary: £28,177.50

Hours: Hours between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

Role responsibilities:

• Working in a busy retail showroom environment, the Host will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers face to face in the showroom, communicating with customers over the telephone / via email and also some administrative duties.
• The successful candidate must be professional, friendly, sociable, customer focused, organised and IT literate. You must also be immaculately presented and have exceptional customer service skills.
