Job summary

Magnet is seeking a part-time Design Sales Assistant for the Huntingdon showroom. You will welcome customers, showcase Magnet’s kitchen products, and guide them through the showroom with excellent service.

This 24-hour role over 3 days includes uncapped commission on top of a base salary, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping achieve store targets. The ideal candidate will have experience meeting sales KPIs, strong communication, and IT literacy, and

Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Great communication and organisation skills.
IT literate with good attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends.
