Job summary

B&Q Tamworth is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a 20-hour-per-week, permanent, part-time basis. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a competitive hourly rate and quarterly bonuses for targets achieved, plus a £3,000 top-performer award.

You will engage customers, design and present options, and coordinate projects with colleagues and installers to turn ideas into reality. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales focus with strong emphasis on customer needs.
• Ask questions and explore options to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs and coordinate multiple projects for customers both virtually and face-to-face.
