Job summary

B&Q Hinckley is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a permanent part-time basis (30 hours per week). You’ll help customers with kitchen and bathroom ideas, using design software to create inspirational concepts and guiding projects from idea to delivery.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a competitive hourly rate of £14.10 (£26,945 FTE) plus individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter, team incentives, and a £3,000 award for top performers. Join a diverse team focused on great service.

Qualifications

• Motivated by targets and confident in converting designs into sales.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face to face.
• Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery.
