Job summary

B&Q Wellingborough is seeking a Showroom Advisor for a part‑time role (30 hours/week). You will help customers with kitchen and bathroom ideas, design layouts, and coordinate projects from concept through to delivery in-store and with support online.

Expect a flexible rota across evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a competitive hourly rate and individual bonuses. Salary includes up to £250 quarterly bonuses for targets and a £3,000 award for top performers, plus team incentives.

• You’ll use software to produce inspirational designs and coordinate projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues and installers.
