Job summary

B&Q Biggleswade is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a full-time 30 hour week. You’ll help customers plan kitchens and bathrooms, design concepts with software, and guide projects from idea to delivery. This role includes a rota covering Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm.

You’ll be rewarded with a competitive £14.10/hour (£26,945 FTE) plus individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter for targets, team incentives, and a £3,000 award for top performers.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and comfortable with sales goals.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand needs to recommend finance, products, and installation options.
• Use design software to produce inspirational designs that bring projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face-to-face and virtually from concept to delivery.
