B&Q Chesterfield is recruiting a Showroom Advisor for a part-time role, 28.75 hours per week, on a permanent contract. You’ll help customers with ideas for kitchen and bathroom projects, using software to illustrate options and guiding them from inspiration to delivery.

You’ll need strong communication and relationship-building skills, be motivated by targets, and flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and confident in converting designs to sales.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Lead with customer-focused sales and advise on finance, products, and installation.
• Produce inspirational designs using software.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Collaborate with colleagues and installers to ensure high service quality.
