Job summary

B&Q Limited in Rotherham is seeking a Showroom Advisor. This permanent role is full-time (30 hours/week) with shifts 7.00am–10.00pm, Monday to Sunday. You will help customers by recommending finance, products and installation options, and you’ll design inspirational concepts using our design software.

You will coordinate multiple projects, support customers both in-store and virtually, and guide ideas through to delivery, working to meet targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with ability to convert designs into sales.
• Flexible rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and installers.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to explore options and recommend finance, products and installation.
• Use design software to produce inspirational designs.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face to face and virtually.
• Guide customers from idea through to delivery.
