Job summary

B&Q Limited is looking for a Showroom Advisor to help customers realise home improvement ideas at our Cribbs Causeway store. The role combines customer service with design guidance, using software to present options and coordinate projects from idea to delivery.

You’ll work a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, with bonuses for performance and a supportive team culture. This is a part-time on-site role with a competitive hourly rate and team incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong target-driven sales mindset.
• Comfort using technology and design software to create options.
• Flexible rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by asking questions and recommending finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Convert designs into sales and contribute to meeting targets.
