Job description

Founded by Jordan Cullen in 2018, Cullen Jewellery is an ethical fine jewellery brand focused on exceptional human experiences. As a digital-first business, we blend traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, using the best materials to create timeless pieces.

We’re committed to the environment, crafting every piece with sustainability in mind. Our lab-grown diamonds are 100% carbon neutral, and we invest in replanting landscapes and supporting communities globally.

About the position:

As an Australian-based business, we are excited to be launching our first UK-based showroom in London in May. The Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and facilitating exceptional client experiences by coordinating team members, supporting daily showroom operations, and managing key touchpoints across client service and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily appointment schedules, ensuring the team is punctual, organized, and prepared.
  • Prepare consultation spaces and materials, including ring requests, order pickups, and safe desk setups.
  • Manage client drop-offs and pickups, such as resizing and polishing appointments, ensuring smooth and thoughtful service.
  • Deliver in-person reception duties by warmly welcoming and hosting all clients in the showroom.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all client communications, including phone calls, emails, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure deliveries, equipment, and other non-client-facing items are managed discreetly and professionally.
  • Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.

What are we seeking?

  • Experience in a receptionist, coordinator, or administrative role, ideally in a retail or showroom environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset, with a genuine desire to create outstanding experiences.
  • Professional and polished presentation, with a strong alignment to our values and brand standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.

What we offer:

In addition to a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to work in a beautiful office location in the heart of Kew, we offer a range of benefits including:

  • A supportive and collaborative work environment;
  • An Employee Assistance Program for you and a family member;
  • Generous staff and family/friend discounts;
  • Team events and initiatives as part of our wellbeing program;
  • Paid volunteer leave and sponsorship of a child in South East Asia/Africa under your name;
  • The opportunity to join a growing company with a global presence — you can take your career anywhere!
