A position for a Showroom Assistant in Betchworth within a reputable dealership offers a versatile role that blends customer service, sales support and front‑of‑house duties. The role is local with no extensive travel and carries a basic salary of £35,000 per year, with an OTE potential of £40,000.

Working Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota, the successful candidate will greet customers, support showroom sales activities and handle enquiries while maintaining a welcoming showroom

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or motor trade role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised with a proactive approach to duties.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and visitors professionally and courteously
• Assisting with showroom sales activities and handling customer enquiries
• Supporting the front-of-house team with administrative and organisational tasks
• Providing excellent customer service to promote the dealership’s reputation as a Showroom Assistant
• Ensuring the showroom environment remains welcoming and presentable
