Job summary

Limelight Hawaii in Manchester is seeking a professional Wait Help to deliver exceptional service across cocktail showroom, banquet dining, and daily lunch services. You will work with a dynamic team to ensure guest satisfaction in a high-energy, entertainment-driven setting.

Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, communicating modifiers to the kitchen, and maintaining high presentation standards while upholding health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Toast or similar).

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and timely service to guests in a variety of settings including cocktail service in the entertainment showroom, banquet service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner events, and lunch service for daily guests and groups.
• Accurately take and enter orders into POS system, ensuring modifiers and special requests are communicated to the culinary team.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards; set up, maintain, and break down dining areas, banquet rooms, and event spaces; assist with inventory controls and restocking; uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
