Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking an IBP Short-Term Demand Planner to own the 0–22 week forecast across a defined channel, translating customer signals into an executable demand plan within the IBP framework using the o9 planning platform.

You will lead forecast enrichment, monitor performance, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning, Finance and the Forecast Analyst to maintain a single aligned plan across short-term and medium-term horizons, while driving standardisation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or IBP within FMCG or similar.
• Understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand sensing.
• Experience with planning systems; o9 experience desirable and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the short-term demand plan (0–22 weeks) for an assigned channel/portfolio.
• Lead forecast enrichment, Demand Control and the forecast handshake process.
• Monitor forecast performance and identify risks, taking corrective actions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Supply Planning, Finance and Forecast Analyst to maintain a single aligned plan.
• Drive standardisation of planning processes and governance.
