Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Process Owner to lead the end-to-end Trade Promotion Management and forecasting process for the UK&I. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and the PepsiCo Shared Service centre to drive governance, standardisation and continuous improvements.

The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, delivering short-term fixes and planning longer-term automation aligned with company initiatives. Flexibility in working arrangements is supported.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end Trade Promotion Management and forecasting process in the UK&I.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Shared Service Centre stakeholders to ensure alignment and governance.
• Oversee training governance and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Ensure strict process adherence across departments and service providers.
• Set and monitor KPIs to drive process performance improvements.
• Collaborate with IBP and RGM projects to support roll-out and alignment.
