Job summary

Carers Trust Crossroads West Wales is seeking a Short Breaks Coordinator to lead the delivery of our Short Breaks Programme across Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. You will manage the day-to-day operation of the service, oversee staff, budgets and performance, coordinate activities and events, and support unpaid carers through a person-centred caseload.

Qualifications

• Role requires strong programme delivery, people management and budgeting skills.
• Experience coordinating community services is beneficial.
• Ability to work with carers and partners in local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Short Breaks Programme across Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.
• Manage day-to-day operations, staff, budgets and performance.
• Coordinate activities and events and support unpaid carers through a person-centred caseload.
• Ensure contracts with Carers Trust Wales and local authorities are delivered to targets and reporting requirements.
