Job summary

TGP Cymru, a Wales-based charity, is seeking a Travelling Ahead advisor to work across Wales with Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities. The role is home-based with flexible virtual and face-to-face working, and is funded until March 2029.

The post requires experience in community engagement, relationship-building, and a commitment to equality and social justice. The salary is £29,200 FTE, with part-time pro-rata arrangements for 22.5 hours per week.

TGP Cymru is a Wales based charity working with children,young people and families and has been providing services across Wales for over 24 years.

Join TGP Cymru’s Travelling Ahead team working across Wales alongside Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.Travelling Ahead provides advice and advocacy supporting people to access their rights and entitlements, address inequalities and tackle discrimination. The team are home based and work flexibly in a range of settings with a mix of virtual and face to face working. The role is Wales-wide and funded until March 2029
