We’re looking for a Shopify Developer to join iakoe. We're an agency that specialises in designing, building, and optimising Shopify stores. We work with the most exciting design-led brands across the UK and US. We’re a tight-knit team not taking ourselves too seriously, occasionally fighting fires together, and doing work we’re really proud of.

What Will You Be Doing?

1. Working with the UX team to create unique, strong, and innovative front-end user experiences for our clients.
2. Owning ongoing site maintenance, expansion, and scaling.
3. Cooperating with UX and marketing teams to gather and refine specifications and requirements for development.
4. Ensuring a smooth connection with marketing tools, platform APIs, and Shopify apps to optimise our client’s stores for overall efficiency and functionality.
5. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance operations and activities.
6. Pushing A/B and multi-variate tests live and troubleshooting bugs.
7. Having 4+ years of experience with the Shopify platform and Liquid.
8. Extensive knowledge in web development, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
9. Strong background and knowledge of the Liquid templating engine.
10. Strong experience implementing/debugging third-party Shopify apps, as well as building unique solutions if needed.
11. Strong background in developing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
