We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team.

As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing day-to-day shop operations.
2. Driving sales growth.
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team.
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
5. Working alongside the Shop Manager to achieve all of the above.

You should have a background in retail management and ideally experience within a food environment, although this is not essential. You will need a strong work ethic and a proactive “can do” attitude.
