Overview

Poundbakery is part of S&PB Retail Ltd with over 120 shops across the Northwest, North Wales, and Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand even further.

We provide our customers with a fast-paced service in many high street locations with great tasting quality products including sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices. We are now looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team and work in our Huddersfield Poundbakery shop.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager in day to day shop operations.
• Drive sales growth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Train, develop and motivate your team.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance.
• Take responsibility for the shop in the absence of the Manager.

Qualifications

• Background in retail management.
• Ideally have worked within a food environment; this is not essential.
• Strong work ethic and a hands on “can do” mentality.
