Mind Retail are seeking a Shop Manager to lead a diverse team of staff and volunteers, maximise shop performance and deliver high standards of customer service. Our charity shops support Mind's mental health services across England & Wales and offer a welcoming space for the community to shop, volunteer, or access information.

As Shop Manager, you will drive profits, uphold our values, plan workloads, and support development while creating a caring environment where people can flourish.

• Experience as a retail manager or similar leadership role.
