We are seeking a Shop Manager to join our team at the Cannock Poundbakery shop.

As a Shop Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing daily shop operations
2. Driving sales growth
3. Training, developing, and motivating your team
4. Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance

Applicants should have a background in retail management, preferably within a food environment. A strong work ethic and a proactive "can do" attitude are essential.
