Job summary

Claire House Children’s Hospice in Liverpool is seeking a full-time Shop Manager for the Allerton Road shop, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. You will lead retail operations, meet sales targets, manage volunteers, and ensure excellent customer service in a charity retail setting.

The role requires ICT literacy, strong people management and communication skills, and a track record of supervising staff. Previous charity sector experience is essential.

We are looking to recruit a full-time Shop Manager in our our AllertonRoad shop, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Relevant retail management experience working within either a discount environment or the charity sector is essential. The successful candidate will have experience in meeting targets and deadlines, dealing with financial figures and be ICT literate. Excellent people supervisory/management, communication and customer service skills and experience is a must. It is essential to have experience in recruiting and working with volunteers.
