Greggs is looking for a Shop Manager to lead a team in delivering fast, friendly service across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru channels. You’ll recruit, train and engage colleagues, ensuring wage and waste controls while maintaining high customer service standards.

Involvement in food prep and serving customers is expected, keeping the shop clean and welcoming. You’ll join a culture that values inclusivity and supports colleagues with great benefits and career growth

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Line Manager in a food-on-the-go environment or retail.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.

• Monitor wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
• Participate in food preparation and serving customers as needed.

Job description

Join us as a Shop Manager and you’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.

We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

• Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement
• Keep a close eye on things like wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers
• Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked and welcoming

About you

If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, have lots of experience delivering excellent customer service and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail, this could be the role for you.
