Job summary

Greggs in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team, ensuring fast and friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and online orders. You will drive performance through recruitment, training and engagement while maintaining standards on wage, waste and customer service.

You’ll also help with food preparation and serving customers, keeping the shop welcoming and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail.
• Supportive of an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver excellent service and maintain shop standards.

• Monitor wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
