Job summary

Greggs in Birmingham is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate the team, delivering fast, friendly service across in-store, delivery, and Click+Collect channels.

You will recruit, train and engage colleagues, maintain shop standards, manage wage and waste controls, and actively participate in food preparation and serving.

Qualifications

• Track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a food-on-the-go environment or retail.
• Supportive of an inclusive culture and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development and colleague engagement.
• Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
• Roll up your sleeves and get involved in food preparation and serving customers.

Join us as a Shop Manager andyou'lllead andmotivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You'llbe responsible formaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

£12.91 per hour, if you are under 18 this will be £11.03 per hour

£14.20 per hour which includes a 40p per hour band increment.
