Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate a team, delivering fast and friendly service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will recruit, train and engage colleagues, maintaining high standards while managing wage and waste controls.

You will also participate in food preparation and serving customers, ensuring the shop is clean, well-stocked and welcoming. Strong inclusivity culture is valued here.

Qualifications

• Track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in food-on-the-go or retail.
• Supportive of an inclusive culture.

• Drive high performance through recruitment, training and development, and colleague engagement.
• Keep a close eye on wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
