The role encompasses production, maintenance, housekeeping, administration, finance, and human resources. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring all records, reports, and data capture are accurate, timely, and presentable.
2. Managing the daily operations of the departments to ensure productivity and efficiency.
3. Identifying opportunities to improve service quality and reduce costs.
4. Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
5. Implementing and maintaining Quality Control Systems (QCS).
6. Ensuring competitive pricing on consumables and purchased products within your managed areas when required.
