Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive lean performance at our Cramlington site. You will lead DMAIC projects, coach teams on waste reduction, and build intuitive dashboards using BI tools while integrating Gemini AI to streamline Lean workflows.

You’ll educate teams from White Belt to A3 practice and champion the Manufacturing Daily Improvement process to sustain autonomy and accountability across shifts.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent with Six Sigma foundations.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively map processes on the shop floor to reduce waste and variation.
• Lead DMAIC projects and facilitate root-cause analysis sessions.
• Support Manufacturing Daily Improvement (MDI) and ELS skillsets site-wide.
• Deliver White Belt training to embed lean capabilities.
• Develop dashboards and explore AI tools to streamline Lean workflows.
