Avery Dennison seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist for its Cramlington site to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives on the shop floor. You will identify waste, lead DMAIC projects, and coach teams to build autonomous problem-solving habits across shifts.

You will develop intuitive dashboards using BI tools and explore Gemini AI to streamline Lean workflows, while delivering White Belt through A3 training and sustaining a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with Six Sigma foundation and Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification is desirable.
• Strong root-cause analysis and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Map shop floor processes to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Lead DMAIC projects and facilitate Kaizen events to improve KPIs.
• Support Manufacturing Daily Improvement (MDI) and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training from White Belt to A3 execution.
• Utilize BI tools and AI to create dashboards and streamline Lean workflows.
