Qualifications

• Solid engineering background essential.
• Experience in aerospace sheet metal manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience driving continuous improvement and operational change.
• Shop-floor presence in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time on the shop floor analyzing processes and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate shop-floor CI activities and report progress to senior management.
• Plan, lead and execute operational changes to support growth.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Champion a safety-first culture and 5S standards across the facility.
