St Oswald's Hospice is recruiting a Shop Assistant Manager for our Kingston Park warehouse. This is a full-time permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week.

You will be part of a team that interacts with supporters and the local community, providing customer-facing service. Prior charity retail experience is not essential, but you should enjoy engaging with people and working in a dynamic shop environment.

Previous experience of charity retail is NOT essential, but you will enjoy working in a customer facing environment such as customer service, retail or front of house, be people focused and wish to hold a key role within the shop team.The role is physical, demanding and very rewarding as our shop teams are the link between the Hospice and our supporters and local community.
