Job summary

Escape is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a major site modernisation programme on the Clyde shipyard. You will coordinate projects from planning through delivery, ensuring safety, on-time completion and budget adherence within a busy industrial setting.

You will report to the Head of Site Development, work with contractors and internal teams, apply NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge, and oversee CDM health and safety to minimise disruption while driving progress.

Qualifications

• Construction project management experience.
• Practical NEC3/NEC4 contracts experience.
• Strong planning, programming and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project programmes, coordinating activities and keeping projects on track against milestones.
• Manage civils, demolition, groundworks and structural construction projects from planning through to delivery.
• Monitor budgets, costs, risks and progress, keeping within agreed parameters.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, oversee performance, quality, health and safety.
