Job summary

Escape Recruitment Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a major site modernisation programme at a Clyde shipyard.

You will coordinate civils, demolition, groundworks and structural upgrades, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while minimising disruption to ongoing operations. You will report to the Head of Site Development and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and internal teams, applying NEC3/NEC4 contract experience and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Essential: practical experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction health and safety.
• Experience managing civils, demolition, groundworks and structural projects.
• Experience monitoring budgets, costs and progress against milestones.
• IOSH Construction certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Developing and monitoring project programmes and milestones.
• Coordinate civils, demolition and structural works from planning to delivery.
• Manage budgets, costs and risks to keep projects on track.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Apply NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge to contract administration.
