Job summary

Radwell-International is seeking a Warehouse Operative – Shipping & Logistics in Newcastle Under-Lyme. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, with a pay rate of £12.96 per hour, and a range of employee benefits including health and life insurance, and access to our benefits portal.

You will join a dedicated shipping team, handling parcels, creating invoices, coordinating courier pickups, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently.
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and input information for outgoing parcels (weight, dimensions, destination, goods description).
• Create commercial invoices when required.
• Arrange collections from suppliers and customers using courier platforms (DHL, UPS, FedEx).
• Reroute orders in line with import/export regulations and communicate requirements to relevant teams.
• Provide import clearance instructions to couriers and freight forwarders.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately meeting timescales and quality standards.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate non-conformances where orders do not meet spec.
• Assist in other areas of the operation as required.
