Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm (40 hours)

Key Duties:

1. Allocate work to production facilities and process IP works orders
2. Create Bill of Lading, obtain delivery quotes, and negotiate rates with hauliers
3. Ensure paperwork and shipping documentation are accurate and timely
4. Coordinate with haulage, shipping companies, and dispatch for smooth operations
5. Verify and add freight costs for accurate invoicing
6. Scan and manage documentation per client and customer processes
7. Resolve issues promptly as a Shipping Coordinator to maintain customer satisfaction
8. Maintain organised filing for legal compliance and manage OBS statuses
9. Adhere to AMS policies, maintain 5S standards, and sign off on shipping documents
10. Follow the company's health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

1. Strong GCSE/A-levels or equivalent
2. UK & European shipping experience
3. Understanding of Microsoft Office
4. Good team working skills
5. Excellent analytical and organisational skills
6. Willing to travel to other sites, including overseas
