We provide both on-site and off-site reprocessing services, along with reliable instrument maintenance solutions. Our diverse and talented teams leverage cutting-edge technology to ensure the highest quality of infection prevention for our customers.
We are currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator I. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and receive world-class training, setting you on a defined career pathway.


About You

Working Pattern

Full-time, 40 hrs per week on Monday-Friday at 8:00-16:30.

What is involved?
  • Receive, unpack, identify, examine, and sort incoming medical instruments, components, and miscellaneous items.
  • Verify incoming shipments against Sales/Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, and other records, ensuring accuracy of all documentation.
  • Route medical instruments and other items to the appropriate repair locations or destinations within the facility.
  • Pack and prepare outgoing shipments, including domestic and international shipments, using overnight courier services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Generate shipping labels, prepare necessary documentation, and monitor shipment status, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Manage the disinfection process for received medical instruments and devices according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control within the Oracle system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, repair technicians) to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment within the shipping and receiving area.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Move devices within the facility as required.
  • Decontaminate flexible devices (training will be provided).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus.
  • Physically capable of handling manual tasks.
  • Collaborative and works well in a team.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Oracle or similar systems.
  • Proficient in using pivot tables and formulas in Excel.
