Job summary

Amazon Eu Sarl (Uk Branch) in London is seeking a Program Manager for Shipper Support to drive process improvement and operational excellence across the Shipper Support organization.

You will liaise with Product Managers and Support Program managers and translate ambiguous business needs into structured, scalable programs that improve the shipper experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope and lead process-improvement initiatives to enhance shipper experience and drive efficiency.
• Coach teams to identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and develop solutions for continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process and tool improvements from frontline insights.
• Analyze contact drivers and pain points to identify trends and prioritize improvements.
• Design and document scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks for consistency and quality.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from problem to rollout of improvements.
• Create and present leadership narratives (6-pagers, WBR/MBR) with outcomes.
• Develop metrics and reporting to track impact and ROI.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer across regions to share best practices.
• Be SME on shipper support operations, guiding complex issues and escalations.
