The Walt Disney Company in London seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to lead the development and maintenance of integrated New Build Cruise Ship schedules across design, production, construction, and testing. You will manage critical path analyses and coordinate with design teams, vendors, and shipyard to ensure on-time turnover and open milestones.

Based in London with frequent travel, the role requires strong CPM scheduling skills, Primavera P6 proficiency, and deep knowledge of marine systems

Formación

• Significant experience in project planning/scheduling for marine or large vessel projects.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling using Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of marine disciplines and integration across design, fabrication, and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and maintenance of New Build Cruise Ship integrated project schedules across design, production, construction, installation and testing and trials.
• Analyze critical path and identify risks; lead recovery measures with shipyard and executive management.
• Develop schedule health indicator reports for executive presentation.
• Coordinate OFE and third-party vendors to align master schedules.
• Develop and implement scheduling processes, tools, and deliverables.
• Lead schedule reporting and planning sessions with management.
• Perform manpower loading and earned value progression analysis.
• Prepare reporting specs for contract bid packages and milestone incorporation.
