Job summary

Escape Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for Port Glasgow to lead cross-functional delivery across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial, driving projects from planning through delivery. You will build plans, manage milestones, coordinate IPTs and address risks to keep programmes on track.

Experience in shipbuilding, marine or heavy industry is preferred. PRINCE2/APM/ PMI qualifications are advantageous and you will report to senior stakeholders with a focus on

Qualifications

Experience delivering projects in shipbuilding, marine, engineering or heavy industry.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and influence non-reporting staff.
PM qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2 or PMI are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Build and manage project plans covering scope, cost and schedule.
Coordinate Integrated Project Teams across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial.
Manage project risks, issues, changes and dependencies.
Monitor cost, schedule and performance and take corrective action.
Provide clear updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered safely on-time and to required quality standards.
