Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a Shift Technician (Electrical or Mechanical) to deliver day-to-day maintenance and operation of building MEP services for a high-profile client in Bishopsgate.

You will join a multi-skilled team, perform planned and reactive maintenance via the CMMS, support commissioning and handover of new services, and uphold a safety-first culture while optimizing building systems and energy performance.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance is required.
• Experience in multi-skilled building services maintenance.
• Ability to work shifts and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate building MEP services in line with GRP requirements.
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance via the CMMS with detailed records.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of new building services.
