Job summary
Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician for the Market Drayton Butter Plant. The role covers days and nights on a 4 on 4 off pattern, delivering maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications
- Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship.
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Engineering Technician, or Shift Technician in a fast-moving manufacturing or logistics setting
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills (HNC level or equivalent)
- Familiarity with automation and CI tools is a plus
- Solid background in maintenance and reliability engineering
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality scheduled and reactive maintenance across the site
- Rapidly diagnose faults and restore equipment to service
- Identify root causes and implement cost-effective solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and FMEA activities
- Work with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings
- Apply basic automation skills for fault finding and resolution
