People Solutions are seeking a Production Team Leader for our client in Irlam. The role offers a rotating 3-shift pattern and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in 24/7 facilities.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise production teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production cell of up to eight operatives.
• Organise workloads to keep the order book on track.
• Monitor hourly production output and update boards.
• Complete production and compliance paperwork and maintain QA standards.
• Train and develop operatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote company values and lead by example.
