Job summary

Orleans Smokehouse, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run the site with warmth and efficiency. You’ll host guests, serve, and confidently lead your team to deliver great service.

You’ll act as a shift leader, support training, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring every guest feels welcome and returns.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
