Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Part-time Supervisor for the Lakeside location in Grays. You will assist the ASM and SM with holiday, attendance, and team scheduling, and supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues per LEGO policies.

You will also handle store and office supplies orders, ensure proper money handling, and keep the stockroom tidy and merchandised with loss-prevention in mind. The role supports a hybrid work pattern with office days.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising sales staff and handling shift schedules.
• Ability to follow LEGO policies and procedures.
• Attention to cash handling and stockroom organization.

Responsibilities

• Assists the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with issues per LEGO policy.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and merchandise on the shop floor with loss-prevention focus.
